My Order

1- How to order products in AQ online store?  
First, customers must log in to their AQ member account in the online store to order products. Then, click "Product Search", select the product series, and then click the single product you want to buy. After entering the inner page of the selected product, adjust the purchase quantity, and then click "Add to Cart" to continue shopping for other products; or click "Shop Now" to go to the checkout page.
2- Why did I fail to add the product to the shopping cart?  
Please refresh the page and try again. There is a chance that the product is out of loan. If still unsuccessful, please call (+852) 3691-9991 or WhatsApp (+852) 9745-0138 to contact AQ Customer Service Department.
3- Why did I fail to pay? 
For details, please refer toPoint 8 of "Online Payment".
4- How can I confirm that I have successfully ordered the selected product?  
After logging in, the customer can check the order information in "My Account" > "My Order". The status of "Processing" means that the selected product has been successfully ordered and the product details that have been placed can be checked.
5- Why did I fail to receive the order confirmation SMS/email? 
Due to the large number of orders, the system takes time to process. The system usually sends out an order confirmation SMS/email within an hour. AQ order confirmation emails may be submerged in different inboxes, such as spam boxes. Customers can also use "AQ", "Order", "Verify" or other keywords to search for the mail you are looking for.
6- How can I check the details of my order? 
After successfully ordering the product, the customer can log in and check the order details in "My Account" > "My Order".
7- How to track the delivery of an order?  
If the customer chooses the AQ delivery service, they can check the order shipment details and obtain the delivery note number in "My Account"> "My Order". When the status is "Completed", it means that the ordered product is in transit. If customers choose SF Express delivery service, they can obtain details through the "Waybill Tracking" function on the SF Hong Kong website.
8- How to modify or cancel my order? 
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you have any questions, please call (+852) 3691-9991 or WhatsApp (+852) 9745-0138 to contact AQ Customer Service Department.
